The Association of Commercial Television in Europe (ACT) is a trade body for the commercial broadcasting sector in Europe. Formed in 1989, the ACT has 27 member companies active in 37 European countries, operating and distributing several thousand free-to-air and pay-tv channels and new media services.

Discovery and Eurosport Sweden Land Rights to Allsvenska from 2020

Discovery Communications and Eurosport will show the Allsvenskan, Sweden’s premier football league, exclusively in Sweden for six seasons from 2020. The new agreement will see Eurosport become the exclusive home of the Allsvenskan for the first time.
